ARE News: Bargaining for 2024-2025 Commenced October 18 Your ARE Bargaining Team began negotiations for 2024-2025 on October 18th. ARE members bargain for fair working and learning conditions, so we can ensure that our district provides the schools our students deserve and the compensation and working conditions that our members deserve. Other benefits for membership include the right to vote for association leaders and contracts, representation in the event that contract rights are violated, professional liability insurance, and member discounts. ARE Members also have many opportunities for high quality professional development through CTA. Professional Development through CTA not only supports Members in developing their craft but also to gain increases in salary through university credit, in partnership with Cal State Chico. Worker's Compensation, Predesignation of Personal Physician: If you would like to designate your personal physician to treat you in the event of a Worker's Compensation injury or illness, you will need to submit the attached form to Risk Management: Click to download Upcoming Rowland Unified Board of Education: The next several regular RUSD Board of Education meetings are scheduled for 6 PM on the following dates: January 23, February 13, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 3, and June 10.
